Blake Baucom

Blake began his career in the Investment Banking division at JPMorgan.  He moved to Barclays in 2007 where he was among the biggest global producers in Fixed Income and was vital in the integration with Lehman Brothers.  In 2017, Blake moved to BNP Paribas where he held various leadership positions.  He joined KNG in 2024 to build out the Americas.  He was named CEO in 2025.
