KNG Securities Portuguese subsidiary given green light on additional regulated services

Our Portuguese subsidiary, KNG Securities International - Empresa de Investimento SA, has received a range of additional regulatory approvals enabling it to perform additional investment services, including the execution of orders and the placement of securities without firm commitment.
This announcement signals an important step in our expansion, broadening our reach in the continent as a response to the increasing demand for financial services from clients in the EU, including in Germany, France and Spain.
Broadening our European operations and regulatory permissions will substantially increase the number of investors that we will be working with.
We’re looking forward to working closely with European clients on a broader range of mandates and assets, as this approval allows KNG Securities International to provide the exact same services as KNG’s flagship London office to all clients in the EU space.
