KNG Securities appoints corporate and distressed bond expert Omar Ghalloudi to Emerging Markets trader

We are delighted to announce that we have appointed corporate and distressed bond expert Omar Ghalloudi as our new Emerging Markets trader. His geographic focus will be LATAM and Africa.
The hire comes as we continue to deliver on our strategy of expansion in Emerging Markets.
Omar Ghalloudi joins us with over 20 years of experience in credit and sovereign debt trading, having previously worked at several major Investment Banks such as Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and Credit Suisse, where he was a corporate hybrids bond trader. Omar will join our team as Head of EM trading, where he will trade both corporate and sovereign debt. His geographic focus will be LATAM and Africa.
The appointment of Omar follows the recent hire of Brazilian debt expert Christian Laloe and Turkish fixed income expert Cagri Kutman, further broadening our expertise in Emerging Markets. This also follows the recent hire of Fernando Ortega as our new Head of Emerging Market Sales.
Appointing Omar further enhances our team’s specialization in both developed and emerging market high-yield credits. Furthermore, his extensive experience in trading illiquid assets and supporting clients’ businesses makes him a significant addition to our growth strategy for the LATAM and Africa region.
